USCIS Waives COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for Adjustment of Status Applicants

USCIS has announced that adjustment of status applicants are no longer required to provide documentation of their COVID-19 vaccination on the medical exam and vaccination report (Form I-693). USCIS will not issue Requests for Evidence (RFEs) or Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs) based on the absence of proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Additionally, adjustment of status applications will not be denied due to a lack of COVID-19 vaccination documentation.
