The EB-1B visa provides immigrant classification for multinational professionals who advance or promote their fields through outstanding research, teaching, or similar achievements.

EB-1C: Manager or Executive Transferees

The EB-1B visa allows multinational managers and executives to obtain lawful permanent resident status in the United States based on their internationally recognized achievements in their fields.

EB-2: Advanced Degree

The EB-2 Advanced Degree visa offers lawful permanent residence to overseas professionals with a US master's degree or higher and are sponsored by an employer in a specialty occupation requiring that level of education.

EB-2: Exceptional Ability

The EB-2 Exceptional Ability visa enables foreigners with exceptional abilities in science, arts, or business to gain green cards if they receive national or international recognition and are sponsored by American employers for their expertise.

EB-2: National Interest Waiver

The EB-2 National Interest Waiver permits outstanding professionals to obtain lawful permanent resident status without a job offer if the U.S. will substantially benefit from their work in advanced fields.

EB-3: Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Other Workers

The EB-3 visa makes green cards accessible to skilled workers, professionals, and other foreign nationals without advanced degrees if sponsored by American employers for positions requiring at least two years of training or experience.
