USCIS Now Requires Form I-693 to be Submitted with Form I-485 for Certain Applicants

USCIS now requires certain green card applicants to submit their medical exam and vaccination record report (Form I-693) together with their adjustment of status application (Form I-485), instead of submitting it later on in the process. Failure to include Form I-693 with Form I-485, if required, could lead to rejection. This change is meant to reduce USCIS requests for evidence and speed up processing.
